UK Government has announced new immigration rules and points based immigration system as promised in the Conservative party's manifesto in 2019 elections. BREXIT deal is now signed, which removes the uncertainty about the ongoing trade and business relationship between the UK and the EU.

However, the Free Movement between the UK and EU, EEA and Switzerland has now ended and from 01 January 2021 anyone coming to the UK to live and work will need the UK Visa or Entry Clearance under the appropriate category.

UK Government has streamlined many UK Visa schemes and requirements and it would be essential for everyone to understand new immigration rules and visa requirements to avoid the visa refusals.
